Shipping Info
Sacred Spaces is dedicated to getting your purchased items shipped to you as efficiently and safely as possible. Please make sure to read this shipping policy carefully to learn more about how and when your order will ship.
Our products are delivered in the following ways anywhere in the continental United States (we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally):
- Front Door Delivery is defined as parcel (e.g., UPS, USPS, FEDEX) curbside delivery is defined as a no-signature required delivery to your mailbox, front door, or curbside.
- Freight Delivery is defined as signature-required curbside delivery by a third-party delivery service for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits. Curbside delivery carriers will not carry your delivery up stairs or enter your home under any circumstances.
LEAD TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on location and vary by order. An email with tracking information will be sent out once the product ships. These estimated shipping times below represent the amount of time your order will be in transit once your order has left our warehouse. When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are ESTIMATES ONLY and actual delivery dates may vary. These estimates do not include production time for out-of-stock or made-to-order items.
- Front Door Delivery is estimated to be delivered on average 7-14 business days once the order is dispatched.
- Freight Delivery is delivered on average 14-21 business days after the order is dispatched.
We are unable to ship on weekends and federal holidays; your order will be sent the following business day for regular ground shipping. Orders will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
FEES
Delivery and processing charges will be applied in the Checkout Payment + Review page. Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Fees do not include gift wrap.
*Note: Standard shipping and processing charges are applied for each delivery address on an order. Next Day Delivery services is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items, items on backorder or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
WILL ALL MY ITEMS SHIP AT THE SAME TIME?
Sacred Spaces makes every effort to ship your order in one shipment; however, there are times that your order may be sent in multiple shipments due to backordered items. We try our best to find the appropriate balance between efficient shipping and convenient receiving. Requests to ship all items together must be received at the time of order placement and are evaluated on a case by case basis.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been released to our warehouse for processing, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
REFUSING AN ORDER
Please measure your space (doorways, hallways, tight corners, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If an order is refused or a product does not fit, it will be sent back to us and outbound and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
ASSEMBLY
Some of our items at Sacred Spaces require assembly, it is not included in our delivery services. Assembly includes a 30-minute, non-technical assembly (e.g. attaching the legs to a table, inserting hardware, etc.) and does not include more involved assembly and construction or home modification (e.g. wiring lighting, hanging artwork, etc.).
